Job Description :
Responsibilities  




 



  • User and access management activities

  • Analyze the tickets escalated by Tech Support

  • Identify the root cause of the issues related to any Configurations and Customizations

  • Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM upgrade tasks as needed across in scope environments

  • Create deployment packages, build automation, deployment support

  • Support the current integrations in place as of the SOW Effective Date; API, ETL jobs, Production jobs, and data extracts. The support of newly added integrations (i.e. Adobe Campaigns and GDPR) that are expected as stated in the scope
