Responsibilities
- User and access management activities
- Analyze the tickets escalated by Tech Support
- Identify the root cause of the issues related to any Configurations and Customizations
- Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM upgrade tasks as needed across in scope environments
- Create deployment packages, build automation, deployment support
- Support the current integrations in place as of the SOW Effective Date; API, ETL jobs, Production jobs, and data extracts. The support of newly added integrations (i.e. Adobe Campaigns and GDPR) that are expected as stated in the scope
